Identify value opportunities to acquire or develop multifamily at a reasonable cost basis in high barriers-to-entry and growth markets.  Creek Road accesses deals through an internally curated database of off-market opportunities and maintaining strong direct relationships with reputable local sale advisors.  We focus on properties larger than 100 units.

We gather extensive market data, facts, and historical context for each pursuit. Creek Road utilizes a prudent and thoughtful underwriting approach to analyze opportunities with the focus on minimizing downside risk and benefiting from gradual increase in intrinsic value.  We lean on our extensive equity and debt capital markets capabilities to construct the most optimal capital structure on a deal-by-deal basis.  Creek Road holds a long-term view in our selection and acquisition of market opportunities while maintaining structure flexibility.
